A recent survey conducted by Bitwise revealed that 56% of U.S. financial advisers are more inclined to invest in cryptocurrency in the wake of Donald Trump's presidential election victory. The survey, which included 430 advisers, indicated a growing openness to crypto investments, with nearly all current investors (99%) planning to either maintain or increase their exposure. Additionally, 71% of advisers reported that their clients are independently investing in crypto, presenting a new opportunity for advisers to integrate these assets into wealth management plans. Despite this positive sentiment, access to crypto remains a significant barrier, with only 35% of advisers able to purchase crypto on behalf of clients. The current price of Bitcoin is around $93,240 after experiencing volatility earlier in January, marking a resurgence following a brief surge past the $100,000 mark. The survey underscores the shifting attitudes toward cryptocurrency among financial professionals, particularly in light of potential regulatory changes under a Trump administration.
