60% of crypto investors are young, educated and invest under $10K
A recent survey by CryptoQuant revealed that over 60% of cryptocurrency investors fall between the ages of 25 and 44, with 35% aged 25 to 34 and 26% aged 35 to 44. The survey highlights that nearly 50% of these investors hold a bachelor’s degree and 28% have advanced degrees, indicating a trend towards highly educated investors. Additionally, 89% of respondents identified as male and most invested less than $10,000 yearly. The survey noted that Asia leads in user representation at 40%, followed by Europe at 29% and North America at 10%. Most investors rely on their own research, while only a small percentage depend on social media influencers. Binance was the most favored exchange, used by 53% of respondents, noted for profitability and compliance. The focus remains on Bitcoin and Ethereum, with Bitcoin still being the top choice for profit generation among users. The findings are based on 17,566 participants from the survey.
