Finnish police have seized luxury watches valued at more than $2.6 million from Richard Schueler, known as Richard Heart, the founder of Hex. Schueler is wanted in Finland on charges of tax evasion and assault. The police confiscated 20 watches, primarily Rolexes, believed to belong to him, which were left at a residence in Espoo. The total estimated value of the watches is $2.68 million, based on expert assessments and purchase receipts. A significant number of the watches were acquired in Finland, while others were bought in the U.S. Schueler is suspected of tax evasion from June 2020 to April 2024 and assault incidents in February 2021. He has also been placed on Europe’s most wanted list and is facing additional allegations from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for issues related to unregistered securities worth over $1 billion. Despite being on the run, Schueler remains active on social media, promoting his cryptocurrency HEX.
