Grant Cardone Wants to Use Real Estate Cash Flow to Buy Bitcoin
Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, is launching innovative investment funds that combine real estate cash flow with bitcoin. His first fund, valued at $88 million, utilizes cash generated from real estate, specifically an apartment complex purchased in Florida, to invest in bitcoin. Cardone aims to dollar-cost average into bitcoin over four years, transitioning the fund's asset ratio from 85% real estate to 30% bitcoin. He anticipates that if bitcoin increases in value as projected, the fund could see significant growth. Cardone plans to create 10 more funds before June, aiming for a total investment of $1 billion. He intends to maintain a conservative strategy, viewing these investments as low-risk compared to typical blockchain ventures. Although Cardone recognizes the inherent risks of bitcoin, he believes it has great potential for long-term growth, proposing to buy bitcoin regularly without focusing solely on price dips. This fusion of real estate and crypto investment represents a new avenue in alternative asset management, driven by Cardone's extensive experience in the real estate market and recent inspiration from leaders like Michael Saylor.
