Privado ID has introduced a multi-chain, device-agnostic identity verification protocol, touted as an industry first. This platform aims to enable seamless credential verification across various EVM-compatible blockchains, thus facilitating greater interoperability in the Web3 space. Prominent ecosystems such as Linea, Polygon PoS, and Ethereum are already utilizing this universal verifier, with plans for more integrations. The protocol aims to resolve fundamental infrastructure gaps translating into tangible value for decentralized applications. In addition, the launch includes a focus on collaborating with enterprises and government entities to bolster the ecosystem's compatibility with existing systems. Meanwhile, other blockchain projects, such as Mawari Network, Coinbase's Base, and the decentralized streaming platform Soulbound, are unveiling new technologies and funding initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability, decentralization, and user engagement in the crypto community. Notably, Coinbase has enabled fault proofs on its Base network, marking significant progress toward decentralization, while Soulbound offers novel monetization approaches for live streaming content creators.
