Fairshake has already made significant strides in securing campaign funds, amassing a total of $73 million in fresh commitments alongside $30 million rolled over from the 2024 cycle. Ripple, a key player in this funding initiative, aims to influence legislation favorable to digital assets. The PAC's record includes backing 53 members of Congress, highlighting its effectiveness in past elections. By aligning with both parties, Fairshake focuses on collaborative efforts to pass crypto-related legislation as the industry awaits regulatory clarity from the U.S. government, which has been lacking for years. Garlinghouse emphasized that supporting candidates who favor crypto innovation is integral to maintaining momentum within the industry.
