Fairshake, through its affiliate Defend American Jobs, has begun investing hundreds of thousands of dollars to support its preferred candidates, indicating the importance of these races for maintaining Republican control in Congress. The PAC's previous efforts saw it spending $139 million to elect 53 allies, showcasing its influence on the political landscape. With a considerable $103 million still available for future elections, Fairshake is poised to continue its active role in political campaigning ahead of the 2026 elections.
